Whether you're looking for a fun introduction to martial arts for your child or advanced kickboxing training, we have classes for all ages and abilities. Our experienced instructors provide a safe, friendly, and supportive environment where students develop confidence, discipline, fitness, and self-defence skills.

  • £8 per lesson (Pay As You Go)

At Little Dragon's Kickboxing, we’re passionate about helping every student reach their full potential—on and off the mats. Our classes are open to children aged 4–11 and youths & adults aged 11 and up, creating a supportive space for all ages and abilities.

Welcome to UMAI Kickboxing—a vibrant and empowering club designed for students aged 11 and up, including adults of all experience levels. Our training environment blends discipline, fitness, and fun, while fostering personal growth and confidence. The UMAI syllabus is thoughtfully structured with older kids and adults in mind, offering more advanced techniques, deeper martial arts concepts, and a progressive grading system that challenges and motivates. Whether you're looking to build strength, learn self-defence, or pursue kickboxing as a long-term passion, UMAI provides the guidance and community to help you thrive.

 Licence and Insurance:
Participants who have been training for one month or longer are required to obtain a licence for insurance purposes. The licence includes an annual fee and must be renewed each year to ensure continued insurance coverage and eligibility to participate in training activities.
